In Your Power

What does your power look like when no one is watching? It can be loud or quiet, soft or fierce. It lives in the boundary you hold, the truth you finally tell, the rest you let yourself take. This year, we explore the many ways we step into our power.

Your power was never something you had to find. It was always yours.

About Our/Mine

Small by design.

Now in its third year, Our/Mine is an annual gathering of eighteen women blazing trails at work and in life. An inner circle where we dig deep and collect gems.

The space we wanted for ourselves and our inner circle.

High-achieving women spend most of their time pouring out. Our/Mine is where we pour back in: slowing down, making things, telling the truth, laughing hard, moving our bodies, and sharing tables.

Our/Mine is four days of rest, growth, and real connection, guided by a structured agenda that makes room for personal and group reflection, play, and connection. Before we gather, each woman shares what's taking up the most space in her life right now, and we thoughtfully curate the agenda around it, so every conversation feels timely, relevant, and shaped by the women in the room.
